If Companies House Certificates are required,

Offshore Companies
We prepare powers of attorney
and revocations in Spanish/English bilingual form (see
above list) and provide official Spanish translations of
company documents, such as,
Certificates of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of
Association.
Doing Business in Latin America (Spanish
Speaking)
We also provide notarial
services relating to documentation for use in
Spanish speaking
Latin America. eg Powers of Attorney,
notarially certified company documents (Certificates
of Incorporation, Memorandum and
Articles of Association, Board Resolutions), bid and
tender documentation, official Spanish
translations, etc.
Spanish Companies
If you are
a Director (or duly appointed Attorney-in-fact) of a Spanish Company
and need
to
execute a document for Spain, it is possible to execute certain
documents before an
English notary. Where necessary, we will liaise
with your Spanish lawyer. We regularly
prepare the following documents signed by Directors on
behalf of Spanish companies:

business, purchase, sell
and mortgage properties, buy and sell shares

- “Elevaciones a Público
de Acuerdos Sociales” (Notarial Deeds recording company

Legalisation of Documents
We will
arrange for documents to be legalised by Apostille pursuant to The
Hague
Convention of 5th October 1961 for use in Spain/Latin
America. Where the Latin
American country in question has not ratified The Hague
Convention, we will arrange
for the documents to be legalised by the relevant
Consulate in London.
